Program Request Form

To help us cover staffing, fuel, insurance, animal food and care, and other operational expenses, we must charge for our education programs. Our fees are based on venue distance from our facility in Florence, program duration, program format, requested ambassadors, and other factors. We do not offer any scholarships at this time (maybe you know a sponsor/donor that could help us offer them?), but we do offer discounts for other non profits. We serve southern, western, and eastern Colorado at this time as well as special trips to other states!

We book up very quickly (summer especially) so please reach out at least 1 month in advance.

Please be advised that due to the extreme amounts of traffic, it's become too costly for us to do single hour-long programs in the Denver Metro area. We are able to offer longer programming (multiple programs at the same location in the same day, booths, special events) in the metro area as well as virtual programs. We are focusing our programming outside of the metro area. Thank you for being understanding!
