Hi, I'm
Kendal
Kendal Davis has spent her life working with animals, and over the years gained experience with a variety of species ranging from companion animals in veterinary clinics, to primates in zoos and cognitive research, to raptors, herptiles, and other wildlife in educational and medical roles. Recently she found her true passion of work in wildlife education and rehabilitation. She interned at Nature’s Educators in 2020 where she developed skills in husbandry, handling, and presenting with birds of prey, and truly fell in love with this line of work. She has also worked various roles in the medical field of wildlife rehabilitation with animals as small as a hummingbird to as large as a black bear. She has spent most of 2021 working as a wildlife rehabilitation apprentice at the Center for Wildlife in Maine. Kendal graduated with honors from Colorado State University in 2020 with a Bachelors of Science in Zoology with a minor in Chemistry. She is also passionate about art and loves drawing and painting portraits of wildlife. Additionally she is a three time All American in the sport of wrestling, where she has also served various roles of coaching and club officer.
