Program Request Form

We do charge for our education programs. Our fees are based on venue distance from our facility in Florence, program duration, program format, requested ambassadors, and other factors. We do not offer any scholarships at this time, but we do offer discounts for other non profits. Our fees help us to cover gas and vehicle maintenance, ambassador food and care, staff time, insurance, licenses, etc.

We book up very quickly, especially April through October! Please be sure to contact us for programs at least 1 month out during our busy season. Please understand that we might not be available if the day is already booked up. Email is the quickest way for us to respond to your form submission below.

Other than a few exceptions, we do not offer programming on Mondays to allow our staff and ambassadors a day to rest and catch up. Thanks for being understanding!
